Cranberry Orange Bread
Here is the recipe that I used for this bread. Mix all the wet ingredients then add dry into the wet. Fold in Cranberries last…EVERY time I say fold it in, I can’t help but think of David from Schitt’s Creek
Orange Cranberry Bread
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
Pour the bread batter into a greased 9"x5” bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. A toothpick inserted in the center of the bread should come out clean.
