#PIFF2021 Weekend in Provincetown
What a great night for the movies! It was an excellent experience to pick up my daughter from her almost last day of school and head off to Provincetown for dinner and to collect my passes for the 23rd Provincetown International Film Festival.
Provincetown is just about the only place in the world you drive into and immediately feel a warm, welcoming hug. I cannot explain the thrill and energy Ptown gives to anyone and everyone’s spirit. It is a magical experience.
We grabbed dinner at my favorite Fanizzi’s as they have such a great selection of food and drink choices and a super fun staff.
I walked off dinner on Marconi Beach and headed to the Wellfleet Drive-in for a showing of “In the heights.”
The drive-in was bustling with snacks and a fully staffed and helpful crew.
People were outside catching up with each other, socializing and gathering in groups with mutual elation as to being able to have this event.
So Many significant events are happening all weekend long, and I am beyond excited to meet directors and artists and enjoy a special place with special people.
